CDSB utilizes Amazon’s Simple Notification Service (SNS), providing seamless integration of native AWS services for alerts and notification delivery.
There are three groups of E-mail / SMS notifications: backup notifications, Guard Duty notifications and anomaly detection notifications. To set E-mail / SMS notifications click on the Settings -> Notifications menu item and do the following:
1.Link the tenant and AWS account for SNS by global administrator. It should one of the earlier registered accounts and this account should have proper permissions for SNS.
2.Click Add button.
3.Specify E-mail / SMS and subscription parameters for backup, guard duty and anomaly detection. Enable Include tenants by global administrator if the notifications have to be sent for the jobs of all tenants excluding isolated tenants (System tenant only). Press ADD.
Recipients will appear in the appropriate list.
